RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY


  • Item must be returned within 7 days from the day you've received your order, transit times are not included within this time. Return of goods is at the users’ cost.
  • Inxtinx does not offer exchanges, a refund against your original payment method will be processed upon receiving your return.
    • For Progloves - If you wish to receive a different size or color, you'll need to place a new order.
    • For Inx Lifting Belts - If you wish to receive a different size, items must follow conditions of our Return Policy. If you wish to receive a different color, you'll need to place a new order.
    • For Inx Lifting Straps - If you wish to receive a different color, you'll need to place a new order.
  • Item must be unused (no folds, tears, or any signs of wear etc.) Any items found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you.
  • Items covered in dust, dirt, animal/human hair will not be accepted.
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
  • Returns can take up to 7 days to process
  • For single item orders that are returned, we will refund the total value of the order, including shipping cost.
  • For multiple item orders, we will only refund the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs.
  • If multiple item orders are returned in their entirety, we will refund the total value, including shipping costs.
  • We will aim to action refunds within 5 working days. Please note, PayPal transactions can take up to 24 hours and credit/debit cards may take up to 5 workings days to clear into your account.

FAQ

I want to change my address.


Because we don't want you to wait, we make sure we send out our orders fast. So once your order has been placed, our customer support team is unable to make any changes to your billing/delivery address.




I've received a faulty item.


  • If you have received a defected item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged
  • A description
  • Photographic evidence
  • We make sure the items are well packed and protected. If the packages (not the items itself) have been somewhat tampered or damaged, we do not consider it a defected item.
  • All claims for defected items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a refund, credit or replacement.
  • Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified instantly.
  • Unless advised by a member of our support team, please do not return any damaged goods. This may result in a slower resolution time.




You've sent me the wrong item.


  • In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive (your original order)
  • The name of the item you received in it's place (the wrong item)
  • A photograph of the item you have received
  • Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is fixed until you are satisfied.
  • Unless proof that you have received an incorrect item has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot begin to take the steps needed to rectify the problem.
  • You may be required to return the incorrect item back to us, but a member of the customer support team will advise you if/how to return the item.
  • Items must be unused (no folds, tears, or any signs of wear etc.) Any items found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you.




I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email.


  • If you've placed an order, and money has been debited from your account, but you haven't received your order confirmation email - does this mean the order is successful?
  • Don't worry - this may have happened because there was a spelling mistake in your email OR the email may have gone through to your promotional inbox. Please be sure to check all inboxes in your email account.
  • Still can't find it? Send an email or message our customer experience team and they'll track down your order. They'll simply need the full name and delivery address used to place the order.

What are Progloves made from?


We use genuine leather to make our Progloves. This makes it super soft, yet super durable. We also use foam to cushion your grip in order to reduce callus formation. Put this together with the elastic finger lock, and the sweat-absorbent cloth - you have your Progloves (well, it's not that easy).




How are INX Lifting Straps different from other straps?


The INX Lifting Straps has added silicone rubber printing on both sides. This gives your palms the extra grip to the strap, and simultaneously, the strap to the weights.

There are 8 colors from the Women's Collection & 7 from the Men's. See the entire collection here.
